My baking journey started when I made my first cake for my little brother’s 10th birthday. He hated chocolate, so I had to improvise — and that’s how the Skittles cake happened. It began as a bit of fun, nothing serious, just experimenting and seeing what I could create.

During Covid, I had more time to explore, and that’s when I really got into it. I tried new recipes, got deeper into cake decorating, and realised how much I loved pushing myself to try different techniques. Since then, I’ve used every family occasion as an excuse to bake — there’s always a reason to make a cake!

What I love most about baking is seeing my vision come to life. I enjoy experimenting, learning new styles, and discovering what I’m capable of when I’m decorating. It’s my escape — my creative space where I can switch off and just create.

I developed my skills by watching YouTube tutorials, practising constantly, and experimenting until I found what works best for me. I’m always learning, always improving, and always open to trying something new.
